We are looking into this for the future. Next weeks release will have the amount due to be paid that month from each pot shown. So you can match that, remember it and just hit done each month. We are looking into automating all this but should be pretty simple to achieve for now

Scheduled transfers are fine but with a variable payment date (weekends etc.) this still feels better to me.

I think it’s been confirmed that these will be supported soon for bill pots, thus leaving summary (a core Monzo feature) pretty redundant. I’d imagine the project timescales would have the new and improved summary functionality out before bill pots supported recurring card payments.
It’s already been sorted so the option is gone. Just move the money from the pots where you put it to the pots where you want it.
Love this idea. Is there any way you could offer users anything in return? I’d probably not move everything right now as I earn cashback and rewards by having my direct debits on other accounts.
Is this only available on iOS? I can’t see the option for this when I click onto tomorrow’s pending salary payment
I believe Monzo’s plan is to offer features like this in return. I doubt they will introduce benefits like cashback anytime soon to the current account, but they certainly have a lot more features to manage your money than the other banks so this is their USP in those regards rather than rewards.
Given you can’t use it until you have the money it may not be visible to you in advance?
Are you talking about getting paid early or salary sorter? Getting paid early is available from 4pm, the salary sorter is available after you have received the funds

I have a joint account with money from myself & partner usually going in between 23rd-28th, only managed to use salary sorter for one of these payments, but not the other, can this only be done for one payment?
For those of us who can’t use these snazzy new features.
Those of us who work in hospitality/service industries can have a salary that fluctuates week-to-week. In such a case putting aside the same amount each week into a saving pot isn’t always feasible. Would it be possible to at some point in the future set a percentage of the income to go to a pot?

Summary provides a breakdown of spending in categories and also a chart which shows how fast you’re burning through your money plus some of bits and pieces. This won’t be made redundant by bill pots or salary sorter, maybe the “Left to Spend” will but that’s only a small of the overall Summary feature

Are you able to sort your salary from a sole account into joint pots for joint bills or are they still segregated sole to sole and joint to joint only?
You can go (or will be soon able to go) from sole to joint account but not sole to joint account POTS.

So this only works if you are all in on either sole or joint then. Hopefully this is something being looked at in future as I’m not sure I would go all in on a joint account with my next relationship. Instead I would keep our salaries separate but contribute to joint payments from joint pots where applicable.
