Hi, I’ve moved your query to the help section I’m not sure the answer, but use in app chat to ask support.

Before you try and send the money again, send us a message in the Chat or give us a ring and we’ll be able to take a closer look. We can give you the TrasnferWise payment reference ID and you can use this to get a timeframe for when your payment will arrive (it is has been sent successfully)

thank you Kolok. in the end it worked out. it just took a bit longer than the normal in store payments that appears instantly in the app. I think i got the confirmation 1 hour later or so and the person that i sent the money to received them alright. so all good

Glad to hear it all worked out without too much fuss!
