hi all, i am sure this might not be a new topic but i am a new user and actually used the international payment option today for the first time.
i didn’t get a confirmation as if the payment was actually processed and then the money are still in my account as well.
could the transaction still be pending? where can i see that… should i just try again to send the money… i am confused.
any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Before you try and send the money again, send us a message in the Chat or give us a ring and we’ll be able to take a closer look.
We can give you the TrasnferWise payment reference ID and you can use this to get a timeframe for when your payment will arrive (it is has been sent successfully)
thank you Kolok. in the end it worked out. it just took a bit longer than the normal in store payments that appears instantly in the app.
I think i got the confirmation 1 hour later or so and the person that i sent the money to received them alright.
