International payment

Hi Guys,

Trying to send an international payment, but getting a message, there was a problem sending money. Try again in a minute. Done that several times now but still getting the same message. Help!

I’ve never experienced this problem. Silly question but do you have enough finds in your account (not in pots). I would suggest contacting support via live chat or at help@monzo.com
