When I joined Monzo there was no phone number but an instant chat feature, fair enough. I had a query the other day and this feature appears to have been removed. What is the process to address queries now other than putting them on an open forum for all to see?
Search “contact us” in the help tab, hit the contacting support result and then there is a link on there for chat

There is also a phone number at the back of your card, but generally chat is the best place to ask.
That’s because they want you to self-help and search in the help articles first.
So always try that first as it’s quicker and easier - then if you can’t resolve it yourself do as mentioned above.
