Identity check

Hi hope you can help I had a golden ticket code yesterday which I have used and I have done my identity check the screen came up saying check would be done in 5 -10 minuites but 12 hours later it’s still stuck in the same screen saying the same thing? Is there a reason for this?

Hi Claire, identity verification is a relatively complex process in some cases & the user can’t resolve the issue themselves unfortunately. So I’d recommend contacting the support team by emailing help@monzo.com or sending them a DM on Twitter to follow up on this.
