Identity check failed on sign up

Hi! Awesome job with the app - quick bit of feedback.

Last week I tried to withdraw £250 only to be told that my limit was £100 because my identity check failed during sign up.

I’d suggest implementing some form of notification (email or app) telling the user they’ve failed the check and what they need to do to fix it.

Without being told the check has failed, the user assumes that it has passed and therefore would expect their limit to be £250.
