I’d love to see more premium card designs from Monzo — for example metal cards or generally more “high-end” looking options.
They don’t have to be free. This could work either as a paid card upgrade, or as something exclusive to certain subscription plans.
Just a small idea, but it would be a nice way to add more choice and make the cards feel a bit more special.

Monzo has experimented with card colours (and materials) in the past. Not necessarily ‘designs’ as such, with only the older Plus Holographic card and Flex deviating from solid colours. The older Premium had a white metal card option. Here are a few older Monzo card examples:
