When using a linked credit card such as an AMEX it would be great if the value of a transaction was moved automatically to a pot. Then at the end of the month the direct debit was taken from this pot. (Which can already be done).
This helps stop the risk of overspending as it’s basically already deducted from your account balance. Any interest that could be made in a pot would be a bonus.
