This morning I used my Monzo card at a ticket machine at a train station and it rejected my transaction. So I went to a ticket desk and purchased it there and this was fine. However on the app it says I have been charged twice for the ticket - anyone know how I can fix this?
I had a failed transaction at a train ticket machine once - I think it pre-authorised the transaction and then decided that its printer was broken and told me I hadn’t been charged.
The transaction was refunded automatically after about 8 days.
