I’ve been waiting more than two weeks to be able to dispute this two transactions. I’m in Mexico and this ATM machine charge me but they never give me my money. And then when I try to dispute you guys don’t give me the option to do it.
Start a livechat
Go on help > search > type in contact us > start chat
Usally they’ll tell you to wait a few days as usually it automatically gets refunded if it’s a genuine atm that’s run by a payment service rather than a individual person.
Go to the transaction, click on it & then at the bottom click “Something wrong? Help” - should have options in there. If not, do as @Ashton says.
