I think I have entered my details into a fraudulent site!

Help me please what do I do!?

Do you remember what details you’ve given them? Was it your card number, sort code, home address, email etc?

Let us know and people on the forum will be able to give you advice based on what you’ve given away.

Freeze your card? Contact the support team?

It was all my card details nothing else

Then simply freeze your card to stop any money from being taken and then it will allow you to re-order a new one in app :slight_smile:

No need to contact support or anything if the money hasn’t been taken yet.

Follow the prompts and you can select that you feel that you’ve been a victim of fraud / it was stolen as the reason for needing a replacement.
