Got scammed, need advice

I fell for a scam on Facebook that was posing as my local bus company offering cheap travelcards. I filled in all my card details, including the expiry date and 3 numbers on the back. It just looked totally authentic, even the URL and everything. Once I pressed submit, I got a little pop up on the webpage saying something about a blacklist. Didnt manage to get a screenshot. Thats when i googled it and realised it was a scam, and immediately froze my Monzo card.

I cant seem to get through to any customer support at Monzo. On the phone, none of the options match my needs, and on the app it only offers help if you wish to query a specific transaction. But thankfully no payment has actually taken place since I froze the card. So Im not sure how else to talk to Monzo. I also ordered a new card, and the app says it will have the same exact details as the hacked one
Surely i should be getting a new card number? Otherwise it can just get hacked again when I activate the new one, right?

Thank you if you read this far!!

Don’t bother with phone support, it’s terrible, stick with the app.

When you ordered a new card, you’ll have been asked to select the reason. If you pick ‘Theft or Fraud’ as the reason you wont get the same details.

I don’t think any Monzo card will come with the same details. But if you select the fraud reason for replacement then it doesn’t auto-update those details anywhere.

Thanks all! Got through to customer service via the chat link, much appreciated. Theyre sending a new card with new details. Phone number was useless!
