If you click help and then ‘Chat with a human’, you should be able to send us a summary and if you select it as urgent I will pick it up right away!

Hi everyone,

Just to let you know, it’s all been resolved thank you. I got there in the end chatting to Chris on the App. For some reason my confirmation texts weren’t showing as notifications, so I missed them. I managed to catch the last one and it’s all unlocked now.

Thank you to everyone who replied, really appreciate your help. Was desperate to use this card in Ireland this weekend, as used it in Greece last year and I wouldn’t be without it now.
