I did a bank transfer and would like a receipt from this transaction, is it possible? I cannot find this option in the mobile app nor in the online banking.

Welcome to the forums! You can either view a statement within the app, to see that the payment has been sent or you can get in touch with us via the app, to get the Transaction Reference Number (TRN), which can be used by the receiving bank to trace the payment :+1:

An actual receipt would only be available from the person you transferred the money to. Monzo haven’t ‘received’ anything from you so they couldn’t issue one. A statement proving that the transfer happened (as above) is the best that you can do.
