I need to see my transaction ID but i don’t know how. Can u help me?

Why do you need it?

It’s on a statement but I’m not sure that’s the ID you mean.

You can ask monzo for the Transaction reference number/authorisation reference number via the help section of the app.

You usually need this if a merchant needs to trace a payment they claim not to have received.

Are they not usually at the bottom of a transaction? I swear some banks do this.

Lloyds and Halifax show a transaction ID for Faster Payments; it says “Payee details”, followed by a long number and then any reference that you’ve given. It doesn’t show anything for debit card payments, or standing orders etc.

As @Revels pointed out above, download a (.CSV) statement for the period within which the specific transaction was made, open the CSV file (spreadsheet app) and the first column shows the Transaction ID to provide to Monzo for any query about the specific transaction.
