I can't verify my phone number

I closed my account and now I want to reopen my account, but I can’t verify my phone number.

You cannot just reopen an account via the app.

Your best bet is to email Monzo directly (from the email you used to set up your account previously) and ask them to re-open your account. There are a number of other topics asking the exact same thing.
