Huel, Saturo, yfood etc

It’s basically a milkshake texture with milk, with water is a slightly thicker consistency than squash. Both great to drink though.

Checked out H&B also. They too were expensive in comparison.

All about trial and error to see what I like most.

I bought a bottle of yfood today, and it was great. Basically a Yazoo/Frijj texture. I’m guessing making it with power would be slightly different, but I might give it a go.

I find the cost balances out… yfood keeps me full for hours, so no grazing, and a sandwich when I was working in the office was that much or more anyway.

Of course I spoil that maths by having the bars for breakfast which is definitely more expensive than a bowl of cornflakes…

100% the same I am still on berry but getting tired of it, but the last few limited editions have been awful - still gutted I missed the cookie!

Do let me know what you think though!

Oh crap I read it as white chocolate too and already ordered…

I saw it earlier before the emails went out but it said ‘sold out’ then. Wondered if I’d missed it - seems I was too early (I was doing the monthly order edit… if they’d only have a proper monthly option instead of 4 weekly I wouldn’t have to keep pushing it back to the first of the month every month…).

My favourite at the moment is salted caramel. I was into the Lassis for a bit but find them a bit to harsh to have every day. The chocolate is surprisingly good too.

Just tried the new Pasta Bolognese Huel Hot & Savoury- delicious! Might be my favourite of the H&S line so far!

Well… The ‘white choco’ arrived and as predicted it tastes exactly like coconut :frowning:

I love coconut so I’d be all over it, but I don’t think it’s vegan… There doesn’t seem to be an equivalent in their vegan range.

Emailed a 25% off voucher code today for yfood, that’s me ordering early to save a little!

Shame they seem so focused on the bottles.

Need cookie to comeback!

Missing a pretty important ingredient for a pina colada!

It’s not bad. I mix if half half with original flavour.

Wasn’t an everyday taste for me.

How did you find it?

I’ve still got my protein works stuff but I stopped going gym so not using it.

I guess I’d just gain weight if I wasn’t doing gym as wel, using it as meal replacement? :man_shrugging:t3::joy:

Just got huel black (again, a staple in my diet) and some hot n savoury. Never had hot n savoury from huel before, lets hope the mac & cheese flavour is good!

I take it hiking / camping sometimes and it’s fine. Delicious would be a stretch but for dried / rehydrated food it’s acceptable. Mac and cheese is probably the best one, because homogeneous stodge is how max and cheese is supposed to be.

I have not! Coming Monday  I am just looking for an easy lunch, Huel is generally just a breakfast thing for me

Ordered chocolate Huel powder and it’s .

It’s got a really weird smell and aftertaste and the texture is also really thin. Have to say that Original with flavouring is definitely the way to go with Huel.
