HSBC account won't refresh

I have linked my HSBC account to Monzo. For the last month it’s worked perfectly but now won’t refresh for the last 6 days. I relinked the account yesterday but still no joy.

Any ideas?

My linked HSBC accounts are auto-refreshing as normal without issue.

Have you tried the usual uninstall :monzo: app, reboot device, download :monzo: app & login dance? :bananadance:

This has been known to clear unusual issues such as this.

In a way yes.

I had this issue on my temporary phone, I got my replacement back from the shop and reinstalled Monzo. I had hoped that would clear the issue but it didn’t, so I then reconnected the account and still no progress.

I just have a spinning progress wheel and a message occasionally telling me they’re still fetching my transactions.

Contact monzo in app, search contact us in the help section, someone there can hopefully sort it for you.

There is an app issue processing some transactions it doesn’t recognise. Fix coming in future release
