How to escalate support

I’m in urgent need of speaking to Monzo support. Does anyone know how to escalate an issue?

I’m in touch on the app but they are so slow and unresponsive that I’m about to miss a vital payment.

Also, based on the answers you gave to the bot when you started your conversation will determine priority too.

What’s your issue? For example if it’s a fraudulent transaction we can link you to an article with the steps you need to follow to secure your account and ensure Monzo get all the information they need in the first instance.

Thanks called them this morning but technically still no resolution for me.
