How to disconnect my flex card from google pay

Hey, can anyone tell me the easiest way to go back to my main monzo card for google pay, and stop using my flex card.

Do i do it in the monzo app or in google wallet.

Open Google wallet, swipe to the monzo card you want, tap on it, tap details at the bottom then make default for contactless.
