I get paid last working day of the month - my wife gets paid 3 working days before the last working day of the month…just to make things easy.

Another for last working day of the month.
Last working day of the month into a different bank account and then the 1st day of each month I have a standing order to transfer money to Monzo. I use it as my “walking around” money.
I can’t bring myself to go full Monzo yet.

28th, but if that falls on a weekend the day(s) before - e.g. this month I got paid 26th because 28th was Sunday

Ditto. I get paid last working day of the month. You be good for this to be on of the options in Summary.
I get paid by the end of the month. Which varies between around the 25th to the 29th in practice.
No way Monzo could code for that 
So I just set my payment day to the 29th and accept it may be a couple of days off.

It is, put in the 31st as Pay day, and it then will go to the Friday for example if the 31st sits on a Weekend, or defaults to 30 days for those months

I’m paid 27th of the month, or the day(s) before if that falls on a weekend or holiday. That makes it inconvenient because all my transfers are set to go out on the 27th on the dot, so sometimes I’m sat with an extra few hundred quid in my account until the actual day arrives, which makes it harder to know what I’m left with.

This is why I have an IFTTT button to move everything to a pot, and then I have scheduled pot transfers timed for the (admittedly only one) standing order that comes out.

My salary goes into Monzo the penultimate working day of each month! I always have to wait until the actual last working day before summary resets. 
I get paid almost randomly at the end of the month, sometimes in the following month and always two months in arrears. It really sucks to be honest, even as a contractor it makes cashflow a real pain.

Whilst this was a very small number of overall users polled (less than a fraction of a fraction of a percent), it shows that Summary in it’s current iteration is good for just over half of people at 55%. 49% of people get paid on the same date of the month, monthly, and 6% every four weeks. Both of which, Summary can handle. The rest of us folk fall outside of that, so currently, Summary isn’t quite there for us.
Having said that, if you ignore salary completely and just budget from the 1st to the 1st every month, then Summary is perfect as is! I did consider that, but really, I do budget paycheck to paycheck.

Great to know that this is an area they are still exploring, and that improving it is still a current process.
It comes as no surprise that the majority of community users get their salary paid into Monzo at 66%! I’m pretty sure that’s well ahead of the percentage of total Monzo customers who get their salaries paid in but there hasn’t been an update on that stat since Tom Blomfield tweeted:
