On the 13th of August I purchased a few pc parts for around £1200 to finish my build, I ended up ordering it to my old address but quickly realised and cancelled before I got charged. The money is on hold though as amazon put through a pending transaction/authorisation. I was just wandering how long I would usually have to wait for the money to be released back into my account?
If you have evidence that you have cancelled the order, reach out to Monzo via the chat (help, then search for Contact Us) and ask them if they can release the funds, they might ask for the evidence but are usually quite quick at doing it.
