Received my tenancy agreement today and it mentioned home improvements. How do you define this though?
Is it basically anything major which affects the structure of the apartment, I.E knocking down walls, changing carpets, changing the tiling, doing extensions etc ?
Even putting a a shelf. Anything that is done that can’t be undone leaving the property in exactly the same condition. Painting is often excluded but that needs checking as it varies
