How do I update the profile image of our business that appear on transactions?

Hi there,

We have recently done a rebrand and noticed on customers transactions on Monzo, our old logo appears.

Does anyone know how to swap it for our new one?

Hi. Welcome.

Scroll down in the transaction and it says “improve name, location or logo” and then put in what you think needs to be changed.

Just be warned, this may never actually happen but if it does, this will update it for everyone for all transaction.

Assuming you’re a Monzo customer yourself the above is the way to do it.

If you’re not a Monzo customer, I’m not sure there is a way to submit requests like this :confused: The easiest way would be to ask one of your customers to do it on your behalf. As long as your social media is up to date with the new logo it should get updated.

It will match the image on your Twitter page. If you update the image on Twitter it’ll automatically update on monzo.
That’s how we changed ours.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work like this, what your saying will have just been a coincidence. It would be open to all kinds of abuse if it did.

I’d change my Twitter profile picture each week to an advert and then I could promote offers to all my customers who use Monzo.
