How do I deal with the "card expires end of ..." message?

My card is expiring soon, and the app popped up a message asking me to confirm delivery details etc and warning that if I didnt, the new card would not be sent, which is sensible. But after I did that, the message is still there (and it’s been a few days now) every time I open the app, if I click on it then I just get a brief flash of some page failing to load then it goes back to the same screen with the same message telling me to click on it. How can I tell whether I will actually get my new card ok? Why is this message still there but not working when I click on it?

This sounds like one for customer services using the in app chat. They will be able to check whether they’ve received confirmation or not - then you can take it from there.
