Expiring card

Hi all,

Apologies if this is a dumb question, but my card is due to expire in march and according to the help article I should have been contacted by now about a replacement but I haven’t.

Should I be concerned or should I just be patient?

No reason for concern just yet - it’s only mid-Jan, and the timeline set out in the help article indicates that it’s mid-Feb at the latest that you should hear anything.

As the card will last until the end of March, that will still give you plenty of time after mid-Feb to contact customer support if you’re still concerned.
