How do I ask Monzo to Cancel a CPA continuous payment authority for Justanswer.com?

I got caught by this scam when my flight was delayed, missed my connection, was exhausted and I was googling what was I going to do to get home etc. They’ve already taken £35 out before I noticed but I currently have less than that on my card and they’ve been trying to take more. I have cancelled my membership etc but noticed in another thread that someone was advised to contact Monzo to get the CPA stopped. I’m in UK who/how do I contact Monzo to do this? any help appreciated.

You need to login to your justanswer account and end your subscription through the profile > membership options.

They shouldn’t take any further payments after this, unless you’ve asked multiple questions.

Via the monzo app:

Help > contacting support > follow the prompts to take you through to an agent.

They’re not a scam website, they have quite a good reputation.

As you admitted, in your haste to get home after your delayed flight you’ve likely overlooked the cost aspects.

As advised by @Carlo1460, the quickest and easiest way will be to log into your account on the justanswer website and cancel your subscription there. I’m sure they’ll do it the moment you instruct them to.

Thanks Ordog. Agree Scam was a bit strong, devious is probably better. I bet they make a lot of cash out of people in stressful situations. BTW they didn’t help me one bit!
