Hello, unfortunately I was scammed yesterday by the recent “Costco” fraud that is going around. I thought I had made a purchase from Costco but it was actually a fake site. Monzo have sent the money to them despite my trying desperately to cancel the payment. Online chat is not responding and as this is time critical I don’t know what to do. Phone line is useless and just give me all the wrong options. Any advice please? I have frozen my card - does this mean I will receive a new card (I think I have requested this but no acknowledgement to my request)…very confused and not impressed with Monzo customer service.
