I have a standing order with another Monzo user and have done since march 2019.
When I navigate to the standing order payment and scroll down to the bottom of the page it says “Number of payments” is 11 and “Total sent” is £2750. However, when i check the breakdown of those payment, there are only 8 totalling £2000.
When I ask the other user how many is displayed on their device, they say 8 payments totalling £2000.
This is not the first time this has happen with this standing order. Before I had to contact customer services and they said the did something to the database and it was fixed. This issue has presented itself again.
