I am trying to get hold of someone to talk too and I can’t. It’s ridiculous. I have opened an account for my 15 year old. I need to know whether her employer can pay her wages into her Monzo account.
Does the account have its own sortcode and account number? If yes, give those to the employer.
If not; it’s need to be paid into your account.
I understand that the child accounts don’t have sort codes or account numbers, so you can’t.

In practice it’s just a pot connected to YOUR main account. You can pay money into it with the payment link (was wonderful for my son’s birthday last week) but that’s probably no use to an employer and there are limits to the amount you can receive that way.
