Hi can u please help me to open a account even though I don’t have any identity because off moving around and being homeless. I now have a house but no proof of identity apart from my statement of universal credit is it possible to still open one

You need photo ID unfortunately so passport, drivers license etc. You’ll have to go to a bank in person and see about getting an account sorted, they’ll guide you through the process if you don’t have photo ID
As @DaveJ says you’ll need photo ID to open a Monzo account I’m afraid.
It might be worth popping into a local bank branch near you and see who can help out. I vaguely recall Barclays being involved in a project to help homeless people gain access to a bank account but I’m not sure whether it was a pilot or an ongoing project.
Your local credit union might be able to help, also.
