Help please missing payment

I tried to make a post last week but it kept saying I wasn’t allowed to sign in despite me already being a monzo customer and my monzo account details wouldn’t let me log into here aswell.
Anyway: the issue is that I was supposed to receive a payment of £25 pounds however it’s been 9 days and should of been instantly.
The company has provided me with a ARN number.

As a stated above, you need to talk to Monzo about that.
