Recently was in a live chat with customer support. I needed to upload an image to prove my identity. This caused the chat to crash any time I try to load it up. Tried switching my iPhone on and off, deleting and re-downloading the app. Happens every time.
The strange thing is, it only crashes, when I scroll to the point where the image has failed to upload, AS SOON as I hit that message, the whole chat freezes and I have to close the app down.
Very strange bug…..
