I’ve got an iPhone X and I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone using the chat feature. It just seems to crash and say can’t receive previous messages. Trying to send a new message fails instantly. Anyone else having the same problem?

Fine here, which version of the app are you using?
So weird. Using the most up to date version. Might delete the app and try again. 
Deleted the app and reinstalled it and its working. Cheers guys
