No idea how this happened, but I am existing account holder, somehow, I don’t know how, I opened a new account with Monzo through my existing account. Seriously! I then couldn’t open or access my old account, as the new account failed to be verified.
Now I can’t access my old account on the app, where I have money and I’m worried that I have lost access.
You can’t open a new account when you have an existing one, the app won’t let you. The only way this will have happened is if you used a different email address for each account.
Try logging in with your other email address but if you can’t you need to call or email Monzo - the number is on the back of your card.
