Please can anyone help me.

No idea how this happened, but I am existing account holder, somehow, I don’t know how, I opened a new account with Monzo through my existing account. Seriously! I then couldn’t open or access my old account, as the new account failed to be verified.

Now I can’t access my old account on the app, where I have money and I’m worried that I have lost access.

try reinstalling the app and logging in?

If above fails, try calling Monzo on number on the back of your card.

Had you been logged out? And then tried to log back in? Sounds like you went through the new user flow.

Log out and log back in with your original email address that you created your account with.

You can’t open a new account when you have an existing one, the app won’t let you. The only way this will have happened is if you used a different email address for each account.

Try logging in with your other email address but if you can’t you need to call or email Monzo - the number is on the back of your card.
