Just had a couple of receipts via email from 2019. The transactions in the emails are correct. Has Monzo been sorting an old email queue? Side note - don’t think I have seen an email receipt like this for many many years?
Yes, weirdly i did also get one.
Yep!
And people complain about the Royal Mail being slow. This makes a first class stamp seem excellent value for money.

They sent another email apologising for the error.
Maybe someone should point out the importance of testing stuff to them ![]()
To be honest, this isn’t a high priority incident (testing-wise) because the impact is minimal. Yes, a random old email might be a minor annoyance or irritation, but it doesn’t break any functionality.
Monzo have always been very good at aiming to consistently maintain functionality, even in Testflight releases.

Just had another one… from 2017!

Just my guess, of course
