Unable to do a bank transfer from Barclays Bank

earlier I had a text from Monzo saying there were currently issues with paynents…perhaps that explains Monzo returning that error message to your bank?

That outage notice is for prepaid cards only.

As for this issue, it’s worth confirming the details you entered and getting in touch with support through the current account app if you continue to have issues. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks RichardR…we get texts about Prepaid and CA but the texts don’t state which they relate to!

It’s a limitation of Statuspage unfortunately. :disappointed:

You can always check by seeing which app has the banner though.

Not sure if this is the best place to post this but CrossCountry keep declining my 1st Gen CA card. It doesn’t even give me a notification in app so I assume this is an issue backed with them. Of course they have been extremely unhelpful, blaming “beta” banks, 3rd parties etc. etc.

Is anyone else having this issue with them? If so could we have some Twitter love because I’ve had about 3/4 conversations with them about it and it’s going nowhere…!

Which app? You we’re able to transfer out of monzo into barclays or the other way around? That’s what I can’t do.

I was able to transfer out of barclays using faster payments. I did it through the barclays mobile app, not sure if this makes a difference to the web dashboard…

But I am also able to transfer out of Monzo into barclays as I have a joint account there.

EDIT: Added myself as a payee on my barclays mobile app…

Just as a side note, I think it would be great if all us dedicated testers got a free t-shirt? :wink: :innocent:
