It’s the first time we’ve focused on increasing customer numbers in around a year, so you might see the odd change to golden tickets and new ways to use Monzo with your friends cropping up. In doing this we’re looking at is changes to how golden tickets work – and a possibility is introducing rewards for Monzo’s ambassadors, the people that are introducing their friends and others to Monzo. We’re happy to say that there’s no longer a waiting list to sign up to Monzo, but we’ve kept Golden Tickets around so you can keep inviting your friends to Monzo easily. We’ll be improving them soon to make them even more useful
