Golden Ticket - no response

I forwarded a golden ticket to my wife who followed the link and completed all the setup including photos of passport etc but she has had no further response from monzo and wanted the card for her holiday starting this Wednesday!! Is tohere a problem/backlog processing golden tickets at the moment???
