Just wondering is it normal pice cut out bottom right of it ? Are they all like that ?
Yes. I think it’s for blind people to know what side of their card is which for the atm/card readers. Could be wrong but I think that’s why.
Correct. Also different cut out shapes for credit and debit cards to tell them apart

This is a Touch card making it easier for visually impaired or otherwise, to know which card they’re using.
Yes, normal, as others have said it is to assist visually impaired people.
Nationwide have been doing this for years.
AIB, PTSB and An Post have the accessible / touch cards, but it’s a more recent change.
I think bank of ireland and ptsb are the only irish banks that have it
Hey,
I received invite last Wednesday and registered it.
I’m not able to use any of the feature in app, currently I’m waiting for the my card to arrive.
Can I use virtual card in Google/Apple wallet.
And start using the app, without waiting for the card.
Thanks
No, you need to wait for the physical card to arrive as part of monzo security (doesn’t happen all the time), so you’re unable to gain access until this arrives.
Yes. If you add it to apple or google pay, you’re able to use it before the physical card comes.
I took it that they couldn’t get to the account screen until they entered the card number ![]()
It’s more than a week and my card didn’t arrived yet
Same happened to me. Just go to the live chat in the app and they can send a new one. Sometimes it just gets lost in the post
Mine took 2/3 days post . But the post is not very reliable
But I can’t access any of the apps feature.
I can’t use app live chat feature.
If anyone have customer support email id share it
Trust me there ain’t much features to access at the moment
Some new customers can’t access the app until they have their physical card in hand and enter the card number, as a security measure.
