Is it possible to freeze my Monzo card against new transactions but continue direct debits and standing orders?
I love the security options of being able to freeze my card. This is especially useful when I am traveling but recently I found that my mobile phone DD was also not paid when the account was frozen.
Yes. Those things don’t use your card.
Your mobile phone might have been a Continuous Authority payment which would also be frozen with the card.
