Fraudulent transaction

Just had a fraudulent transaction seemingly with Amazon. Something wrong here as I’ve not spent with them recently.

No luck on Chat for the past hour. Frozen the card but need to sort this. Any ideas about plan B?

While you’re waiting, do double check against your recent orders and open pre-orders. Amazon like to charge in strange and unexpected ways. :confused:

Support is the right place to go for this though, either Monzo or Amazon support. They’re the only people who can really help here.

Nothing from Amazon then something just now from an earlier settled
transaction which will get my attention. Trust me :angry:

Monzo in the meantime came back. Good as gold.
