What is the best practice for providing feedback? I’ve seen a lot of suggestions being made all over the board, feedback threads, stuff in help etc I’ve posted some suggestions myself and there is no indication as to whether or not that have been seen by Monzo staff, taken on board, dismissed etc

Is there a more formal place to feedback? I just don’t want good suggestions (from anyone, not just myself) to be missed because it is buried in a thread.
