My monzo coral card is expiring next month. I received a notification to get it delivered. I followed all the steps, but on the last one (pin number) tells me that something went wrong and to try again in a few minutes. I’ve been trying this since yesterday but it always shows the same error. I’m sure my pin number is correct. Can anyone please help me with that?
It’s worth checking the PIN number you’re trying is correct first.
From the Home screen, tap on the card you wish to reveal the PIN for, then tap on ‘Card’ (in the ‘card’ itself). Tap on ‘Reveal PIN’. Go through the security step to reveal the PIN.
If you don’t have biometrics enabled, it may ask you for the PIN at this point - try what you think is the PIN at this stage. If it fails, it’s not the right PIN. Wait a while and then retry.
