According to eBay support there was an issue with eBay and PayPal yesterday. Money for purchases was taken from my account, returned and taken again later in the evening. The recipient can see the 1st payment being sent then reversed but can’t see the 2nd. The money has been taken from my account and the balance reduced. eBay still thinks I haven’t paid.
I’d already started a chat to find out what was going on but didn’t get a respnse from Monzo for 5 hours which of course was when I wasn’t sat beside my phone. I didn’t see the response until this morning and of course now I’m not getting any kind of response at all.
Also where can I see the bank payment id for my transactions?
