Duplicate items appearing in Committed Spending on the Summary Screen

#1

Good Afternoon All,

Apologies if this has been posted before, but I have searched and can not find it.

I have 2 subscriptions showing in committed spending, both are greyed out (I presume due to the payments have not been processed).

The first change has now been processed, and appears in committed spending, however the original greyed out charge is still there and moved to tomorrows date. This has then reduced the available money down by the amount same amount as I now have 3 charges appearing in committed spending (2 greyed out and the paid charge).

Should the processing of the charge not just turn the original greyed out charge in to colour??

It would be ideal to be able to edit the greyed out future payments (both the amount and whether they are coming out or not) to accurately give you a summary for your spend.

Short answer, yes.

I’m not sure what’s going on there but it’s not done that for me yet. The only thing I wonder is whether there’s some sort of discrepancy with the date it was due to go out and the actual date of payment.

Hi Feathers,

Prior the payment being taken the greyed out charge was for today’s date. It was only after the payment was taken that it changed to tomorrows date.

I suddenly seem to have the same issue.
I purchase a travel pass each month so I marked it as a repeated payment. However it now appears twice in my committed spend (due on the same day).

I don’t know if this would help, but I discovered that you can go into scheduled payments and adjust their frequency. I’ve got an annual one that was defaulting to monthly, perhaps yours are defaulting to daily?
