Hi, new to Monzo and unable to get pass the ID vertification step to register because of above message. Internet on my (Android) phone is perfectly fine. Already uninstalled and reinstalled but made no difference. What do I do?

You may have got this resolved by now. If not go into settings and check the permissions for the app to allow network access.
