Wondering if anyone can help. Suppose to get a refund from the TikTok shop, but the payment is showing as declined. Can anyone help me with this?

Looks like they’re attempting it via another route instead of reverting against the original transaction, and without card present it can’t refund it.
Like when you go to return something in store they usually need you to tap/insert card to auth it.
