My card was authorised whilst on a Ryanair flight and when we landed it declined. Now for 3 weeks keeps representing snd being declined. There is available funds so not sure why. Monzo said to contact Ryanair . I contacted them and they can’t see anything outstanding. The account just seems to be going in a circle every couple of days! Help please.
I doubt there’s anything any of us can do from here, you’ll need to go back to chat and see what else they can do.
It seems odd that Monzo don’t know why they are declining a payment.
I’d make a complaint to Monzo. It’ll likely be sorted out toute suite.
